Job Description Looking for a Sous Chef to run the line with us at Hege's, the French bistro in Freshfields Village.
$65–70K + yearly bonus
2 weeks paid vacation
Closed Sundays AND Mondays
Dinner only, Tue–Sat, last seat 8:30
55 seats, classical French technique
Team of 5 chefs
3+ years scratch kitchen, strong fundamentals, calm under pressure. French or fine-dining background a big plus.

Bonus structure Company Description Hege's is a casual, welcoming French Bistro where you'll experience the same gracious hospitality as the coastal gentry of Kiawah and Seabrook Islands. No foams.
