Dealer Delivery Operations Support Specialist We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to provide specialized support for our dealer delivery operations. This role is a temporary contract position with potential to become permanent. Key Responsibilities:

• Track and trace drivers within the dedicated American Honda Network.
• Provide support to drivers regarding service, equipment, and delivery issues.
• Analyze operational reports and data using software systems (including Samsara and Matrix TMS).
• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders, dealerships, and customers regarding delivery delays and service impacts.
• Process documents for accuracy, ensuring compliance with customer procedures and company policies.
• Foster productive business relationships with customers, assisting with account management and service needs.

• Tuesday - Saturday: 2:30 AM - 11:00 AM
• Off Days: Sunday and Monday

Responsibilities

• Tracking & Tracing Drivers in dedicated American Honda Network
• Provide Support to Drivers for service issues, equipment issues, delivery issues, etc.
• Contact Drivers for follow-up on delivery concerns
• Provide Email Communication to field / customer / internal stakeholders on service delay impacts to parts delivery
• Utilize Samsara system to aid in tracking & tracing drivers
• Utilize Matrix TMS to view routes
• Receives and processes documents for accuracy, which requires complex knowledge of customer locations and procedures
• Monitor and review operational data in multiple software systems and applications, identifies potential operational or service concerns, and resolves with the appropriate groups
• Tracks dedicated drivers making dealer deliveries in multiple locations and provides timely support and communication to appropriate parites on service delays.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and a safe and effective work environment; assists others with understanding operational items
• Develops critical relationships with internal or external customers, assists with account management such as maintaining customer profiles, details and service needs
• Performs other duties as assigned
