Urology Physician

An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Urologist to join a collaborative, single-site practice in Brattleboro, Vermont . Enjoy a strong team environment, modern facilities, and an excellent work-life balance in a welcoming New England community.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, office-based practice

• Surgical procedures performed in modern ORs

• Join an established Urologist + experienced Nurse Practitioner

• Light Call: Approximately 7 days per month (single-site coverage)

• Excellent work-life balance

• No locums or locums-to-perm
  

• Must reside within 1-hour commute

Scope of Practice

You will provide comprehensive care to adult and pediatric patients, including:

• Management of kidney stones

• Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)

• Urinary incontinence

• Urinary tract infections

• General urologic disorders

• Pre-operative planning & post-operative follow-up

• Hospital and ER consultations

You ll collaborate closely with specialists and hospital teams to ensure seamless, high-quality patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $300,000 $400,000 annually

• Compensation based on experience, education & market factors

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

• Completion of accredited Urology residency (US or Canada)

• Active Vermont Medical License (prior to start)

• DEA License

• Clean malpractice history

• NPDB self-query (within 30 days)

• Eligible for credentialing
