The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Plan, supervise and review corporate, partnership and individual tax return engagements.
• Identify and research complex tax issues and collaborate with team members to provide solutions.
• Stay current on IRS Regulations and the impact on clients.
• Provide timely performance feedback on projects.
• Mentor and training of professional staff.
• Generate, cultivate and manage business development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in tax and accounting.
• CPA license required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects/task on a timely basis while monitoring time spent
• Proficient knowledge of CCH Axcess Tax, CCH Engagement, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks is preferred.

Salary $100,000 – $130,000 based on experience.
