Role Overview:

Insight Global is working with a growing leader in the medical device space to identify a Product Manager to join their team in an onsite, direct-hire role. This individual will be driving product strategy, market intelligence, and growth initiatives across its product portfolio. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, analytical, and strategic. They enjoy answering questions such as:

1. What products should we develop next?
2. What do customers need that isn't currently being addressed?
3. Where are the biggest growth opportunities?
4. How can we strengthen our competitive position?

This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who enjoys connecting customer needs, market opportunities, and business strategy to help shape the future of innovative healthcare products. The Product Manager will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to identify opportunities, support product development, and help bring new products and enhancements to market.

The salary ranges between $60-90k and candidate will have eligibility for enrollment in medical benefits as well. This is an onsite position in Brecksville, OH and no hybrid opportunity will be available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market, competitive, and product research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
• Analyze customer needs and translate insights into product recommendations.
• Evaluate new market segments and geographic expansion opportunities, both domestically and internationally.
• Support product lifecycle initiatives, including new product launches and product enhancements.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure successful product execution.
• Assess market dynamics, competitive positioning, and commercial opportunities.
• Develop and present strategic recommendations and executive-level reports based on research findings.
• Assist with customer, clinical, and sales education initiatives to support product adoption and growth.
• Gather field feedback through collaboration with customers and sales teams to help inform product decisions

Required Qualifications:

• BS Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Healthcare Sciences, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in product management, market research, business analysis, product strategy, or a similar analytical role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; some experience collecting, interpreting, and presenting data-driven insights
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; experience with SEO Optimization, Webpage Development
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence team managers and leaders across multiple different departments
• Independent, self-starter, and not afraid to take initiative
• Comfortable working onsite in Brecksville, OH 5 days a week, Mon-Fri, during standard working hours
• Can pass standard criminal risk background check along with a drug screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry
• Experience conducting competitive intelligence and market analysis
• Exposure to product launches or commercialization initiatives.
• Experience working with large datasets, government databases, or healthcare-related marketing intelligence tools
• Previous experience as a junior level Product Manager
