Hardware Electronics Design Engineer

Verhaert Consulting is looking for a Hardware Electronics Design Engineer to support an innovative R&D project in West Flanders. Are you passionate about electronic hardware development and eager to work on advanced products from concept to industrialization? This opportunity allows you to contribute to the design of complex electronic systems within a multidisciplinary engineering environment. Your responsibilities Design and develop electronic hardware from concept through production Create hardware architectures and technical specifications Design complex schematics and support PCB development using Altium Designer Select and evaluate electronic components and emerging technologies Contribute to battery management related developments Perform hardware verification, validation and testing activities Collaborate closely with embedded software engineers and cross-functional teams Support product industrialization and production readiness Your profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Experience in electronic hardware design and development Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics Proven experience with complex PCB design in Altium Designer Experience with component selection and electronic system integration Knowledge of battery management systems is considered a strong asset Hands-on experience with testing, validation and troubleshooting Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage Why Verhaert Consulting?
