What You'll Do as a Maintenance Technician

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and welding fixtures to keep equipment operating reliably.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical malfunctions, identify the cause of breakdowns, and determine the repairs needed.
• Complete scheduled and emergency equipment repairs, including replacing worn or damaged parts to minimize production downtime.
• Build, assemble, program, and test new machinery to meet the changing needs of our manufacturing operation.
• Fabricate custom fixtures and modify existing equipment to improve production processes and performance.
• Coordinate with outside contractors when specialized equipment repairs or maintenance support are needed.
• Maintain the facility and help keep the work environment clean, functional, and ready for production.
• Support the manufacturing team with production needs and other hands-on projects as priorities shift.

Our Ideal Maintenance Technician

• Mechanically Skilled: Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge to diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
• Experienced: 2+ years of maintenance experience, with electrical systems and troubleshooting experience highly preferred.
• Problem Solver: You can work through mechanical and electrical issues, identify what's causing the problem, and determine an effective solution.
• Adaptable: Shift from preventive maintenance to an unexpected repair or another priority as production needs change.
• Hands-On: Comfortable bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of the workday.
• Team-Minded: Communicate well, work effectively with people throughout the company, and embrace Breeo's culture of flexibility, growth, fearless feedback, and teamwork.
