Responsibilities:

• Administer oaths/affirmations.
• Conduct verifications on oath or affirmation, acknowledgments, and proofs.
• Perform acknowledgments and proofs.
• Certify copies.
• Witness or attest signatures.
• Conduct depositions and affidavits.
• Note protests.

Qualifications/Skills:

• MUST be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check.
• Notary Public certification. Notary Bond is not required.
• Experience in notarizing loan documents.
• Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills. Detail-oriented.

Job Requirements:

• High-speed Internet connection.
• Dependable computer with camera and microphone.
• Home office setup.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.

Payment:

$125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
