Help move critical customer work forward.Join Esri`s Professional Services organization as a senior contracts partner supporting complex technology and services agreements. You`ll manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, lead negotiations, identify and mitigate contractual risk, and collaborate across the business to help structure successful customer engagements.You`ll support a diverse portfolio of Professional Services contracts while applying expertise across contract negotiation, risk management, contract administration, and where applicable, federal procurement requirements.Esri has a Relocation Assistance Program and can provide support with relocating to the Redlands, CA area for this position.What You`ll Do:Manage contracts from RFP to proposal through negotiation, execution and closeoutReview and negotiate complex contract terms and statements of workIdentify contractual, commercial and operational riskDevelop practice approaches to mitigate contract riskPartner across delivery, finance, legal and other business functionsSupport commercial, public sector and federal contracting requirementsApply FAR/DFARS knowledge where applicableContribute to improvements in contracting processes, practices and toolsRequirements5+ years of experience in contract administration, with increasing responsibilityDemonstrated success in negotiating and managing a variety of contract types and structuresSolid understanding of contract law, risk management, and procurement best practicesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teamsBachelor's degree in business administration, legal studies, political science, or a related fieldMust be authorized to work in the US; visa sponsorship is not available for this positionRecommended QualificationsMaster's degree in business administration, legal studies, political science, or a related fieldFamiliarity with federal contracting and large systems integrator terms and conditionsExperience working with federal agencies and federal regulations including FAR/DFAR, SBA, EAR, ITAR, and Defense Security ServiceUnderstanding of professional services contract terms, cloud computing terms, software licensing, intellectual property, and subcontractingTotal RewardsEsri's competitive total rewards strategy includes industry-leading health and welfare benefits: medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance for employees (and their families), 401(k) and profit-sharing programs, minimum accrual of 80 hours of vacation leave, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and opportunities for personal and professional growth.
