CNC Machinist
Location: Kentwood, MI (on-site)
Compensation: $27.00 – $28.00 per hour/50hr work weeks-mandatory overtime

ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking Day Shift and Night Shift CNC Machinists to join our team in Kentwood, MI. In this role, you will operate and set up CNC and manual machine tools to produce high-precision parts, working from blueprints and technical specifications to meet exacting quality standards. This is a hands-on production role suited to machinists who take pride in precision work and want strong, stable pay with real advancement opportunities.

YOU WILL:
•Operate manual and automated machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments
•Maintain and repair machine tools and equipment
•Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders to determine the specific operation to be performed
•Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments
•Set up and adjust machines, such as CNC lathes, CNC mills, Multi-Spindle Screw Machines, and Grinding Machines
•Work either Day Shift (Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) or Night Shift (Sunday night – Friday morning, approximately 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM), 50-hour work weeks

REQUIREMENTS
•Prior experience as a CNC Machinist or in a related precision machining role
•Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical orders
•Experience setting up and operating CNC lathes, CNC mills, Multi-Spindle Screw Machines, or Grinding Machines
•Proficiency with precision measuring instruments to verify part conformance to specifications
•Ability to maintain and troubleshoot machine tools and equipment
•Willingness to work Day Shift or Night Shift on a 50-hour work week schedule
