Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team, to provide quality nursing services care to our residents. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound treatments and managing medical documentation, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures, empowering them to take an active role in their care. Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Experience Current RN licensure is required, with experience in triage, outpatient care, or hospital settings preferred. Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential, with experience in long-term skilled nursing care and memory care is very beneficial Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are necessary, with a commitment to exceptional patient care.
