This role focuses on building a book of business while providing brokerage expertise and consistent client support. The position requires a sales professional who can manage both new business development and existing accounts while maintaining strong relationships with carriers and clients.Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new clients and expand existing accounts• Build and maintain relationships with insurance carriers and clients• Provide brokerage services and guidance to meet client needs• Achieve established sales targets• Stay current on industry trendsRequirements• 5+ years of group carrier broker sales experience• Proven track record of achieving sales targets• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Ability to work independently and within a team• Knowledge of insurance brokerage processes
