Radiologic Technologist - CT and XR Schedule This position operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Job Description The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic medical radiography and CT scans within the department. The technologist will work with patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds, demonstrating a thorough understanding of patient care principles. This position requires professionalism and adherence to safety protocols regarding radiation protection. Responsibilities Conduct radiographic examinations of all body parts for diagnostic interpretation. Exercise professional judgment in performing procedures, ensuring principles of radiation protection are followed. Maintain patient records and departmental documentation. Oversee the departmental quality assurance program. Assist with patient transfers to and from the radiology unit. Participate in general hygiene of the department and operational duties as requested by supervisor. Rotate shifts as required and be available for on-call duties, reporting within 20 minutes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure High School Diploma or GED. Completion of a CT/XR training program. Current ARRT certification in Radiography, CT, and XR.
