Job Summary:
Provide technical support in a retail pharmacy setting, assisting pharmacists with medication dispensing, inventory management, and customer service. Ensure smooth daily operations and uphold safety and accuracy standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense medications accurately following prescriptions.
• Manage pharmacy inventory, including restocking and tracking supplies.
• Assist customers with over-the-counter products and answer inquiries.
• Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping for prescriptions.
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Support the pharmacy team during various operational activities.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate retail pharmacy experience preferred.
• Possess strong customer service skills.
• Hold valid pharmacy technician certification or license if required by jurisdiction.
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Display flexibility with work hours, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication skills.
