Blending Technician

Pay Range : $32.41 - $34.90 Hourly, depending on experience Schedule : Training will be 1st shift, Monday - Friday for the first 3‑4 months. Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm, weekends/holidays per business needs. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment sanitation, receiving orders, and documenting data in the Lab Data Management System. Duties & Responsibilities Execute blend requirements per production schedules and quality specifications. Maintain blending equipment sanitation to meet quality and sanitation standards. Receive concentrate and sugar shipments into inventory system. Calibrate lab equipment for accuracy. Maintain and enter testing, sanitation, and calibration records. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures. Basic math, analytical and problem‑solving skills. Basic microbial knowledge and aseptic techniques. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel. Experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred). Comfort working in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment, including seasonal temperatures, flexible shifts, and weekend/holiday work. Physical ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lb. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Up to 12 months of relevant work experience. Preferred Qualifications Hands‑on Microsoft Excel experience. Manufacturing experience. Noisy, wet, and extreme temperature environment.
