Backed by a recently closed, multi-million-dollar seed round and already proven with household-name Fortune 500 brands across CPG, beauty, retail and travel, they are now building out their go-to-market team and opening the platform up more widely.
The opportunity
We need a Product Marketing Manager with 5+ years at a high-growth B2B tech startup and a track record of positioning complex data/analytics platforms for enterprise buyers. This is the first dedicated Product Marketing hire — you'll build the PMM function from scratch with real budget and executive support, owning mid-to-bottom-funnel conversion from positioning and messaging through to sales enablement and launch execution, with measurable impact on win rates, conversion and influenced pipeline.
What you'll be doing
? Owning positioning and messaging — building value maps that ladder every capability to a quantified outcome for enterprise consumer-insights buyers.
? Running go-to-market for new features and capabilities: launch narrative, tiering and cross-functional coordination across Product, Sales and Marketing.
? Building and maintaining sales enablement assets — pitch narratives, decks, one-pagers, battlecards, objection-handling guides, demo scripts and a demo-video library.
? Creating mid-to-bottom-funnel content: solution pages, use-case pages, demo narratives, case studies and comparison content that converts interest into pipeline.
? Keeping competitive intelligence sharp — versus generic AI tools, social-listening platforms and direct competitors — and feeding insights back into messaging and roadmap.
? Running win/loss analysis, buyer interviews and usage research to ground positioning in reality; partnering directly with Product as capabilities are built.
What we're looking for
? 5+ years in product marketing at high-growth B2B tech startups.
? Experience positioning data-heavy products where privacy and enterprise security are core.
? Comfortable with long-cycle, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales.
? A hands-on producer — writes and ships web pages, positioning decks, one-pagers and battlecards, not just strategy.
? Fluent in AI-assisted workflows and content automation; strong conversion-focused copywriting.
? Bonus: AI/data/research-tech categories, or marketing to CPG / consumer-brand audiences.
