Office Associate - Springfield, IL

Join a close-knit small office where the team has each other's backs.

Be part of a friendly, laid-back, productive team that handles vehicle licensing and titling. You'll work with customers by phone and email, keep records accurate, and use your people skills and number sense every day. It's a great fit for someone dependable and personable who likes variety and wants room to grow with the company.

What You'll Love

Pay up to $21/hour, based on experience
Day shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

What You'll Do

License and title automobiles
Handle data entry accurately
Help customers by email and phone
Prepare shipments
Calculate taxes and handle other everyday math
Work independently on computer-based tasks and support the team

What You'll Bring

Typing and 10-key skills and comfort with basic math
Strong written and verbal communication and people skills
Comfort with Microsoft Excel and Word, including preparing spreadsheets
Office experience and comfort in a shared workspace are welcome
Problem-solving and organizational skills
A dependable, accountable, professional attitude with a fun but get-it-done personality
A willingness to learn and ask questions
