Hospitality Coordinator to $65K - Bring Luxury Level Service! Our client, a prestigious professional services organization, is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to oversee and elevate the office's catering, conference support, and hospitality operations. This role is responsible for coordinating food service programs, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring an exceptional experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience managing high-volume hospitality programs along with strong client service and organizational skills. Work Model: Hybrid Degree: Not Required Responsibilities include leading daily catering and food service operations; coordinating meetings, events, and hospitality requests; partnering with vendors to manage food and beverage services; monitoring inventory, supplies, and pantry operations; reviewing invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting budget management; ensuring conference rooms and hospitality areas are maintained to premium standards; and providing exceptional service to employees, guests, and clients. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of catering, hospitality, or food service management experience; strong vendor management and inventory oversight skills; experience supporting high-touch client-facing environments; exceptional communication, professionalism, and phone etiquette; ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced setting; and a proactive, customer-service-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
