About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Fund Monitoring in the financial services sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the monitoring and analysis of fund performance across various private market offerings, including private equity, private credit, and real assets. This role involves delivering investment updates to both internal and external stakeholders, engaging with fund managers to track macro developments, and representing the organization at industry events. The VP will also be expected to prepare performance analytics, and financial models, and mentor junior team members. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, with a preference for those in finance, economics, or related fields, and at least 8-10 years' of experience in private markets, investment banking, or asset management. Progress toward or completion of CFA or CAIA certification is preferred. The role requires proficiency in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation methodologies, as well as exceptional communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders. A deep interest in alternative investments and a working knowledge of private markets are essential, along with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. The position may involve up to 15% travel.
