Senior Analyst - Asset Manager

Fast paced Real Estate company is looking to a Senior Analyst/Asset Manager to join their team. Candidate MUST have retail/mixed use Real Estate experience and local to the South Florida area.

Role Description: Achieving & maintaining world class assets through continuous monitoring of an action plan, searching for new value-add opportunities, & developing solutions.

1. Definition AM Role:
2. Cross-functional team leader that coordinates tasks necessary to execute a business plan through an action plan
3. Continuous monitoring of key milestones, detail probing, & communicating status to Sr Mgt
4. Develop solutions to property or tenant issues
5. Conducts Quarterly “Project Meetings” with all departments

1. Interaction with other Departments:

A. Property Management

1. Tracking tenants’ openings/construction through PMS
2. Monitor struggling and defaulting tenants – property mgt to provide information
3. Monitor tenant renewals
4. Review & evaluate tenant request and propose a solution

B. Financial Analysis –

1. Review & provide input on expenses/budgets/leasing rates
2. Check proforma/model’s vs actuals & budget
3. Annual Budget Approvals
4. Annual CTI Reconciliation Approvals

1. Acquisitions/ Dispositions:

3. Assist with due Diligence, tenant interviews, & research on gov/municipal matters pre-closing
4. Prepare business Plan & Present to other departments
5. Disposition :
6. Prepare Asset for disposition: review P&L’s, accurate monthly billings, tenant grievances, open physical property issues, etc…
7. Coordinate site tours
