Phlebotomist - Clinical Laboratory

Phlebotomist at Providence Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital in Santa Rosa, CA. This position is Full time and will work 10-hour, Evening shifts. Primary responsibility is to accurately identify patients, collect high quality blood specimens on inpatients, and deliver samples to the laboratory in a timely fashion. • Coursework/Training: Continuing Education Units (6 units every 2 years)
• Coursework/Training: Phlebotomy courses from a California State–approved

School of Phlebotomy (see State Phlebotomy regulations)

• Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician I License or
• Upon hire: California Certified Phlebotomy Technician II License

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
