Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with CEOs, executives, and business owners
• Lead strategic conversations to identify business challenges
• Use Culture Index tools to analyze team performance and structure
• Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients
• Guide companies in hiring, leadership, and organizational growth
• Manage your own client portfolio and sales process
• Follow up consistently and build long-term partnerships
• Stay informed on business trends and client needs
• Attend training and development sessions to sharpen your skills
• Represent the Culture Index brand with professionalism and impact

Please note: This is a 1099 contractor position. Earnings are uncapped and commission-based (or project-based/etc.). Income may vary, especially in your first year. Top performers earn $500,000+
