The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing long-term financial models, driving strategic decision-making through analysis, and implementing best practices to scale financial operations. Responsibilities Manage the company’s long-term financial models, including forecasting, budgeting, resource allocation, and long-range planning. Support strategic business decisions through financial modeling, analysis, and presentations, including ad-hoc projects. Develop and implement policies and processes that scale financial operations and improve efficiency. Collaborate with leadership to refine and execute the company’s growth strategy. Provide critical insights on business trends and strategic initiatives to key stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of finance experience, with a strong background in FP&A. Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to influence decision‑making. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
