Handling billing and scheduling requests, program questions, payment processing, sales calls, and other various customer requests 3. Following up with customers regarding pending payments 4. Following up with customers regarding services performed 5. Maintaining an organized record of various call resolutions *Additional duties as instructed by management General Qualifications: Gecko Green in seeking customer service oriented individuals with the desire to serve others.
