Digital Marketing Specialist

Doctor Referral Institute is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who can take ownership of our marketing systems, campaigns, funnels, and lead generation.

This is not an entry level position.

We are not looking for someone who has simply used these platforms. We are looking for someone who is highly proficient, hands on, and capable of building, managing, optimizing, and troubleshooting campaigns independently.

Required Experience

Candidates should be highly proficient with most or all of the following:
• GoHighLevel GHL• ZoomInfo• Salesforce• Facebook marketing and advertising• LinkedIn marketing and lead generation• Cold email campaigns• Email sequencing and automation• Funnel development• Lead nurturing and follow through• YouTube marketing• Webinar development and promotion• Canva

What You Will Be Responsible For
• Building and managing marketing funnels from lead generation through conversion
• Creating and managing cold email campaigns including lists, sequences, follow up, testing, and optimization
• Using ZoomInfo to identify, segment, and build targeted prospect lists
• Building and managing campaigns inside GoHighLevel
• Managing leads, campaigns, and reporting within Salesforce
• Developing Facebook and LinkedIn marketing campaigns
• Creating lead nurturing systems that consistently follow up with prospects
• Developing landing pages, forms, email sequences, and automated workflows
• Assisting with YouTube content strategy and distribution
• Building and promoting webinars designed to generate qualified leads
• Creating professional marketing materials and digital content using Canva
• Tracking marketing performance including leads, appointments, conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on marketing investment
• Identifying opportunities to improve our marketing systems and generate more qualified opportunities

Who We Are Looking For

The right person is a doer, not just a strategist.

You should be able to take an objective such as generating qualified appointments and determine what needs to be built, launch it, track the results, and continuously improve it.

You should be comfortable working independently and being held accountable for measurable results.

Healthcare marketing experience is preferred but not required.

Experience marketing B2B professional services is a major plus.
