The Nature Conservancy
The Nature Conservancy seeks a Senior Director of Finance for the North America Region to guide financial strategy, budgeting, and multi-year planning for Western US & Canada, Pacific, Great Plains, Midwest, and other regions. This role leads a large, multi-layered finance team and partners with senior leaders to ensure fiscal sustainability and cross-divisional alignment.
Responsibilities include setting budgets, preparing forecasts, and driving strategic initiatives such as operating model
