Senior IT Professional / Business Analyst

Start date & Location
Juno Beach (fully onsite)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Project & Portfolio Support
Manage multiple concurrent projects, initiatives, and support activities.
Coordinate project activities across multiple business units and technical teams.
Provide project status reporting, risk management, issue tracking, and executive communications.
Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

AI & Digital Transformation
Identify opportunities to leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Microsoft Copilot technologies to improve business operations.
Support AI solution integration using APIs, connectors, and modern integration frameworks.
Understand Model Context Protocol (MCP) concepts, AI orchestration platforms, and emerging AI-enabled enterprise application technologies.
Collaborate with development and architecture teams to enable AI-driven business capabilities.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in IT operations, enterprise application support, business analysis, or related technology roles.
Proven experience supporting enterprise applications across multiple business units.
Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and competing priorities.
Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders and business leadership teams

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Legal, Claims, Finance, Corporate Real Estate, Compliance, Asset Management, Land Management, or Risk Management applications.
Experience with cloud modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 ecosystem technologies.
Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles and application integration strategies.
Experience supporting AI-enabled business solutions and automation platforms.
Professional certifications such as Azure Fundamentals, Power Platform, or related certifications.
