Experience handling high-volume phone calls and providing professional customer support. Accounting, bookkeeping, billing, or financial support experience is a plus. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative when completing tasks. Physical Capabilities Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods. Frequent use of a telephone, keyboard, and office equipment. Ability to occasionally lift and move boxes weighing up to 20-40 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
