About the Position

Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (Pediatric Float ICU) – Georgia

Start Date: October 26, 2026

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: Night shift with every other weekend required. Patient ratio of 2-3:1. Holiday rotation includes either Thanksgiving or Christmas based on facility needs.

Highlights:

• Float role across multiple critical care and specialty units including PICU, NICU, TDICU, CICU, and general care areas
• Position requires flexibility to work at two different campus locations
• EPIC electronic medical records system in use
• Minimum 2 years of PICU or Pediatric CICU experience required
• Nicotine-free facility with mandatory drug screening
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions permitted

Requirements:

• Active Georgia RN license or compact state license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Pediatric ICU or Pediatric CICU settings
• Ability to float between two campuses and across multiple critical care environments
• Commitment to make up any missed shifts as required
• Compliance with nicotine-free workplace policy and mandatory flu vaccination
