Compensation $125,000 to $155,000 About the Role Renewyx have partnered with a well-regarded energy and sustainability contractor to place a Construction Site Superintendent for their growing project portfolio across the Los Angeles area. Commercial and institutional builds. Complex MEP and building automation scope. A contractor with a strong pipeline and the field teams to deliver it. You’ll run all field operations day-to-day — coordinating subcontractors, enforcing quality control, and keeping the schedule moving. You’ll work closely with the Construction Manager and Senior Superintendent, acting as the critical link between the field and the office. Qualifications 5+ years in a superintendent role with solid field operations experience Strong working knowledge of MEP and building automation control systems Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and building codes OSHA 30 certified (or able to obtain within 6 months) Proven track record managing subcontractors and driving schedule compliance Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites across Southern California $125,000 to $155,000 per year depending on experience Permanent role with an established, growing contractor Site-based, Los Angeles area Opportunity If this sounds like you, get in touch.
