IT Support Assistant

Salary: $31,512 - 34,050 per year Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in support, courier, or entry-level IT work.
• Basic ability to set up computers, replace hardware, and troubleshoot network connections.
• Capability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and trustworthiness when handling purchases and equipment.
• Good communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to manage a mix of errands and technical duties.
• Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle for client visits.
• Ability to work fully in person.
• Availability for a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week.

• Travel locally as needed for shipping and receiving, mail collection, office supplies, and vehicle maintenance.
• Visit client sites to pick up, deliver, or connect equipment as requested by our Service team.
• Go to local suppliers on an emergency basis to obtain parts or equipment needed by our Service team.
• Handle other office tasks as needed.
• Answer incoming calls.
• Use a corporate credit card responsibly for company purchases and accurately document, submit, and track expenses for approval.
• Connect client equipment, including workstations, network devices, and related hardware.
• Set up workstations and basic network devices on client networks and coordinate with our technicians to confirm accessibility from the office when required.
• Replace basic field-serviceable components in workstations or devices, such as graphics cards or hard drives.
