What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain sophisticated marketing campaigns and product offerings within Keap (Infusionsoft) and/or Go High Level. Master the art of the API, managing connections, and ensuring flawless order form and payment integrations. Become the go-to expert for our Keap opportunity pipeline, creating and optimizing stages and automations to drive sales and growth. Wield the power of Zapier to create seamless integrations between our various applications and Keap, automating workflows and eliminating manual tasks. Take ownership of our DNS management, including domain, subdomain, and email record setup in GoDaddy and other registrars. Configure and manage Zoom meetings and webinars, integrating them with our CRM to create a seamless user experience. Serve as a first responder for incoming tech tickets, troubleshooting issues quickly and independently to keep our systems running smoothly. Flex your coding muscles by writing basic code, including API calls, scripts, and small connectors to bridge the gap between Keap and other software platforms. What You'll Bring To be successful in this role, you'll need a unique blend of technical expertise and a strategic mindset. You are a problem‑solver at heart, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues with speed and precision. You are a master of marketing automation, with a deep understanding of how to leverage technology to create exceptional customer experiences. Core Competencies Marketing Automation Mastery: You are fluent in Keap (Infusionsoft) and/or Go High Level, with a proven track record of building and editing campaigns, managing products, and understanding the nuances of opportunity creation, including pipelines, stages, and their associated automations. Integration Expertise: You are a Zapier wizard, adept at creating and managing integrations between various applications and our CRM. You have a solid understanding of API connections, order forms, and payment integrations. Technical Acumen: You are comfortable with DNS management, including domain, subdomain, and email record setup in GoDaddy or similar registrars. You have experience with Zoom, including meeting and webinar setup and CRM integration. You also possess the ability to write basic code, such as API calls and scripts, to create small connectors between Keap and other software platforms. Problem‑Solving Prowess: You are a natural troubleshooter, able to quickly diagnose and resolve incoming tech tickets with a high degree of autonomy. Bonus Points Familiarity with Typeform, OnceHub, and WebinarFuel, including setup and integration with Keap. Experience with Customer Hub/Portal setup for Keap users. A broader understanding of API/webhooks beyond Keap, with experience in general SaaS integrations. Knowledge of order form security and compliance best practices (PCI, SSL, etc.). Light HTML/CSS skills for customizing pages and forms. A strategic mindset with an understanding of automation strategy, not just the technical implementation. Work Schedule & Location This is a full-time, remote position operating on US Arizona Time, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Fluency in English is required for this role.
