Technical Services Specialist II - Construction Support

LATICRETE International, based in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Technical Services Representative II to provide technical services to clients through multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years' construction experience and be proficient in Salesforce. This role involves customer interactions, resolving complaints, and supporting the technical service team to enhance service quality.
