Onsite Support
Greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors. Operates a switchboard to route incoming calls and place outgoing calls. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with 4 - 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used practices, and procedures. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Has a working knowledge of computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, SoftPro, Zoom Workspace, and Teams. Ability to pass Background, Drug Screen and if applicable Medical (i.e. Vision, Hearing, or Physical) if Required by Client. Medical, dental, vision, ancillary coverage and 401k benefits are available.
