BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) Center-Based | Early Intervention | Ages Under 5 WHO WE ARE We are a small, center-based program with a big heart. Our mission is simple: create a fun, nurturing environment where young children can learn, grow, and thrive. We do this through the magic of routine, play, and exploration — think Wiggle Time, Circle Time, Snack Time, and everything in between. Every day looks a little like preschool (without the academics), and a lot like possibility. WHAT WE DO We provide one-to-one ABA services for children with developmental disabilities under the age of 5, delivered within a structured yet joyful daily routine. Our approach is naturalistic, child-centered, and rooted in the belief that learning happens best when kids are having fun. By embedding skill-building into meaningful daily activities, we help our little learners build independence, communication, and flexibility in ways that feel natural — not clinical. QUALIFICATIONS • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required • Experience or strong interest in early intervention (ages 0–5) • Passion for naturalistic, play-based ABA approaches • A collaborative spirit and genuine love for the work ★ Highly Preferred: Bilingual – Spanish Speaker COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary Range: $85,000 – $95,000 (based on experience) FullTime: Choice of 4-day or 5-day work week Part Time: 30 or less hours per week Benefits Include: • Medical, Dental & Vision insurance • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Sick Time • 401(k) READY TO MAKE YOUR MARK?
