Back-End Battery Prototyping & Test Technician

Sila is hiring a Technician in the Battery Operations group in Alameda, CA to assemble and test prototype lithium-ion batteries and characterize materials. You will follow SOPs, maintain data records, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced lab environment. During training you’ll work a standard daytime schedule; after sign-off, you’ll participate in a 12-hour shift rotation to support 12 hr/7 day operations and may include overtime per supervision. #J-18808-Ljbffr Socket.dev
