Salary & Benefits Competitive salary (dependent on experience) Hybrid & 37.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday Supportive and collaborative team environment About You At least 2 years' experience in an HR Advisory capacity Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation Experience managing disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters Confident advising managers and building effective stakeholder relationships Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach What You'll Do Provide expert employee relations advice and support to managers and employees Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence management and investigation processes Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant with employment legislation Support restructuring and TUPE-related activities Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practice initiatives Produce HR reports and KPI analysis to support business decision-making Build strong relationships across the organisation to drive effective people management Contribute to a positive, compliant and high-performing workplace culture #J-18808-Ljbffr VanRath Search & Selection
