Senior Consultant

Leadenhall Search has partnered up with a growing boutique firm specialising in commercial due diligence, M&A and growth strategy work across the global insurance sector. Following a highly successful growth in London, the firm has recently launched its New York office where they are now looking to add Senior Consultants to join as an early member of the US team and play a key role in building out the New York platform. *Unfortunately, no visa sponsorship is provided* The Role Responsibilities: Owning and delivering workstreams end-to-end Conducting primary and secondary research, analysis and problem-solving Developing compelling storylines and presentations for senior clients Leading day-to-day discussions with client stakeholders Building and strengthening client relationships Supporting and coaching junior consultants Contributing to proposals and business development Helping shape the growth and direction of the New York office What we are looking for: 3–6 years’ experience in strategy consulting from MBB, Big 4, Tier 1 and 2 strategy houses Ideally experience within insurance or financial services but not a must Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Confident communicator with experience engaging client stakeholders Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with limited oversight Commercially aware and interested in business development Motivated by ownership, impact and continuous development #J-18808-Ljbffr Leadenhall Search & Selection
