Total Loss Advisor
Immediate need for a talented Total Loss Advisor with experience in the Banking & Financial Industry. This is a 5+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Owings Mills, MD. Please review the job description below.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Total Loss Phone Mitigate collateral losses with customers, primary insurance, GAP providers, and originating dealers.
- Customer Service/Collections Experience.
- Escalation/Resolution Experience.
- Assertive.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Case management experience.
- Ability to deliver consistent and extraordinary service.
- High attention to detail (high quality and low error rates).
- Ability to work well under pressure/thrives in challenging situations.
- Willingness to adapt to a high speed pace.
- Problem solver.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to manage average handle time.
- Flexibility.
