About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Marketing Manager to lead and optimize performance marketing campaigns across search, paid social, display, and programmatic channels

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional strategists, clients, and global teams to develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies. You will also manage and mentor a small team while remaining hands-on with campaign platforms and performance optimization.

The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Google Ads, SEM, Google Shopping, YouTube, Meta Ads, and paid social , along with excellent client relationship and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor 1–2 digital marketing buyers or strategists
• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of SEM campaigns , including Google Search, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
• Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and proactively work within advertising platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure campaigns align with their business and performance goals.
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve revenue, customer acquisition, efficiency, and ROI/ROAS
• Collaborate with internal and global teams to align media strategies and campaign execution.
• Improve internal processes to increase team efficiency and campaign performance.
• Stay current with the latest paid media trends, platforms, tools, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns through Google Ads and/or Search Ads 360.
• Experience with Google Search, Google Shopping, and YouTube Ads
• Hands-on experience managing Meta/Facebook and Instagram Ads
• Experience with TikTok or other paid social platforms
• Strong understanding of SEM, paid social, display, and programmatic advertising.
• Proven experience in campaign execution, optimization, strategy, and performance analysis.
• Experience managing or supervising team members.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics
• Agency experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience managing paid media campaigns for e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms is highly desirable. xhyhwjd

Experience with campaigns focused on revenue generation and customer acquisition is also preferred.
