We are seeking a compassionate, entrepreneurial-minded Primary Care physician to join our team in mid to late 2027 or early 2028.

Practice Highlights:

\n

\n
• Join a collaborative team including 3 Family Medicine Physician partners, APPs, MAs, an office manager, and support staff
\n
• Opportunity to gradually take over an established physicians panel, with mentorship and warm patient hand-offs as they transition toward retirement
\n
• Outpatient only practice with flexibility to focus on clinical interests (ADHD, mental health, womens health, LGBTQ+ care, etc.)
\n
• Opportunity to incorporate subspecialty care and mentor and teach medical students and residents if desired
\n

Schedule & Hours:

• Clinic hours:\n

  • MondayThursday: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
  \n
  • Friday: 8:00 AM 2:00 PM
  \n
\n
• Schedule: 4.5 days patient care + 0.5 day administrative (greater flexibility as a shareholder)
\n

Call:

\n

\n
• Outpatient phone call only; rotated among partners
\n

\n

Patient Volume & Support:

\n

\n
• Gradual onboarding ramp-up to build confidence with the EMR, patient care, flow, and coding
\n
• Target at least 18 patients/day as comfort and efficiency increase for financial success 
\n
• Care Management and Hospital at Home resources available, extending care outside of the clinic
\n
• Support staff function at the top of their training, assisting with in-basket management, refills, prior auths, and care coordination 
\n

\n

Procedures & Office Details:

\n

\n
• In-office procedures based on physician preference; precepting available for those interested in learning (current physician performs injections and biopsies)
\n
• In-house lab and other services 
\n
• Daily courier service to main Esse lab; results integrated into EMR
\n

\n

• NextGen EMR with AI scribe technology and Dragon dictation
\n

Requirements:

• MD or DO
\n
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA)
\n
• Missouri licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Missouri
\n
