Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to coordinate and lead high-complexity technical projects and initiatives. This role is responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating business and technology partners, and ensuring successful delivery within approved scope and schedules.
- Serve as the technical coordination point for high-complexity projects and initiatives.
- Lead multiple projects concurrently.
- Ensure deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to project schedules.
- Manage allocated resources across multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
- Mentor team members and provide feedback to build a high-functioning team in a matrixed environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
- 5+ years of experience in a related field.
- In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field.
