Hawthorn & Albatross is a leading San Diego County real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition, renovation, and resale of residential properties. With a strong reputation among local real estate professionals, we have built our business through trusted relationships with agents, homeowners, and industry partners. We are looking for a highly motivated, outgoing, and entrepreneurial Agent Relations & Lead Manager to help us expand our network of Realtor relationships and identify new investment opportunities.

Small but expanding real estate company buying 4-6 houses a month

Pay/Benefits

$60,000 - $70,000 base salary + commission/bonus opportunities - High performers who consistently generate quality deals can earn well above their base salary through deal-based bonuses

40 hours a week Monday - Friday with typical work hours being between 8AM - 5PM

Eligible for 401k (w/ 4% Employer contribution after 6 months of service)

Eligible to join SHARP health insurance plan after 3 months

Annual company trip

Total compensation: Up to $100,000 – $150,000+ annually

Must Haves

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Willingness to spend time outside the office attending events and meeting with agents

Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in real estate investing

Desired Skills/Behaviors/Experience

2+ years of experience in residential real estate, acquisitions, sales, lending, appraisal, construction, or a related field

An active California real estate license is strongly preferred

Existing relationships with San Diego County Realtors is a major plus.

Strong understanding of residential real estate and the San Diego market.

Comfortable using CRM systems and technology

Ability to work independently and manage a large pipeline of relationships and opportunities.

The Role

The Agent Relations & Lead Manager will serve as a primary point of contact between our company and the San Diego real estate agent community. Your primary responsibilities will be to develop strong relationships with realtors, generate potential acquisition leads, and then qualify and present these opportunities to our acquisition team.

You will spend significant time both in the office and in the field meeting agents, attending broker opens, caravans, networking events, real estate association events, and other industry functions.

You will not be expected to make the final investment decision. Your job is to identify opportunities, build relationships, and determine which properties are worth bringing to the acquisition team for further review.

List of Duties

Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and industry professionals through networking, outreach, and educational events.

Execute marketing strategies with the help of our Social Media Coordinator across multiple channels including: email and text blast, social media, and in person events.

Qualify leads as they come in and oversee handoff to Acquisition Analyst

Add and maintain leads in CRM including systematic follow-up on past leads

Assist Acquisition Analyst as needed by driving homes, submitting loans, and scheduling inspections
