Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise electricians and electrical helpers Oversee project documentation and maintain customer relationships Plan and execute installation and repair of electrical and control systems Install and maintain equipment such as motors, relays, starters, switchgear, transformers, MCCs, and power distribution centers Determine conduit sizes, pull conductors, make terminations, and install junction boxes Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards Support wiring and electrical operations for new construction, retrofits, and system upgrades What You Bring Journeyman or Master Electrician License (preferred but not required) Trade school completion or equivalent field experience Foreman-level experience in commercial electrical installations and power/control wiring Proven ability to lead crews and manage projects independently Strong working knowledge of NEC, local codes, and OSHA regulations Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Join the Team Today If you’re ready to take the next step in your electrical career and join a company that values your leadership and technical expertise, apply today and build your future with our client. #J-18808-Ljbffr KODIAK Construction Recruiting & Staffing
