Order Management Specialist

Job Title Job Summary Enter and manage customer orders, maintain accurate records, and support order fulfillment by coordinating with internal teams. Responsibilities Enter, update, and process customer orders. Handle order changes and provide status updates. Maintain accurate records and data entry. Support sales, supply chain, and accounting teams. Requirements Basic computer and data entry skills. High attention to detail and organization. Customer service-oriented mindset. Ability to work effectively with multiple departments. Preferred ERP system experience. Administrative, customer service, or order processing background. Schedule Monday-Friday, first shift. Flexible start times (7:00 AM-4:00 PM or 8:00 AM-5:00 PM). Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote. No regular overtime. Environment Fast-paced, growing company.
