$175,000 Base + Performance Bonus Up to $75,000
Total Cash Opportunity: Up to $250,000

The Opportunity

We are a growing group of service and specialty-trade companies operating across commercial service, installation, mechanical, fabrication, fire safety, and related businesses .

We are seeking a hands-on CEO to take ownership of the organization's operations, leadership, profitability, processes, and continued growth .

Ownership will continue to focus on vision, acquisitions, major relationships, and expansion. The CEO will turn that vision into execution by building the people, systems, accountability, and management structure required for the businesses to run effectively without constant ownership involvement. 

This role requires someone who understands technician-driven service businesses, including scheduled service, emergency calls, dispatch, technician capacity, installation, customer response, labor productivity, and job profitability .

What You Will Own

• Lead operations across multiple business units.
• Build strong managers and clear accountability throughout the organization.
• Improve service scheduling, dispatch, technician utilization, emergency response, and customer service.
• Establish KPIs and operating rhythms that management actually uses.
• Own visibility into revenue, gross margin, expenses, labor efficiency, job profitability, AR, and overall business-unit performance.
• Identify underperforming areas and drive corrective action through completion.
• Improve processes, reporting, SOPs, and systems across the organization.
• Ensure each business unit operates with clear leadership, financial accountability, and measurable goals.
• Reduce ownership's involvement in routine operational issues.
• Support continued growth, expansion, and integration of new businesses.

The organization expects each entity to operate as an accountable business unit with its own leadership, targets, procedures, staffing, and reporting.

Must-Haves

• Senior leadership experience as a CEO, COO, President, General Manager, Regional GM, VP Operations, or similar operating leader .
• Experience leading a technician-heavy field-service business .
• Strong understanding of service scheduling, dispatch, recurring service, technician capacity, and emergency response .
• Experience managing managers across multiple departments, locations, or business units.
• Strong P&L ownership with responsibility for revenue, margins, costs, and profitability.
• Proven ability to build processes, KPIs, accountability, and stronger leadership teams.
• Strong financial and operational judgment.
• Hands-on leadership style with executive-level communication.
