Role The Travel Med Surg/Tele RN delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units, assessing patient conditions, monitoring cardiac data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Responsibilities Explain procedures, administer medications, conduct assessments, prepare patients for diagnostics, maintain safety, document care, coordinate discharge plans, and ensure infection control. Manage multiple patients efficiently, advocate for patients, and follow safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills Requires at least one year of recent Med Surg/Tele experience, valid RN license, and BLS certification. Preferred certifications include NIHSS and ACLS. Must possess critical thinking, strong communication, technical motor skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal skills and adherence to safety standards are essential.
