Pediatric Otolaryngologist - Join Our Physician-Led Medical Group

We are on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible physician who has completed fellowship training and possesses a strong enthusiasm for clinical practice, along with a collaborative mindset. This role is within our team of specialized Pediatric Otolaryngologists located in the Metro Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing our robust clinical program in Otolaryngology, particularly in pediatric care, and should demonstrate a commitment to supporting both team members and a family-centered approach to patient care. This position focuses entirely on clinical pediatric practice, with opportunities for academic involvement through a local medical school’s Pediatrics, Surgery, and Physician Assistant programs.

We encourage the development of a subspecialty based on the physician's interests. Areas such as airway surgery, hearing loss, cochlear implantation, and head and neck procedures are all potential avenues for specialization. Our care network emphasizes a supportive, multidisciplinary approach. There are also leadership roles available in clinical care, education, and advocacy. Our practice provides coverage at the largest children's hospital in Georgia, soon to be a leading facility in the Southeast.

With over 30 years of experience, our practice is deeply embedded in the community and plays a vital role in pediatric medicine across the Southeast. We are recognized leaders in patient advocacy and high-quality tertiary care, featuring a comprehensive hearing loss and cochlear implant program, as well as a head and neck service, alongside standard pediatric procedures.

Practice Locations:

• Metro Atlanta
• Our practice covers Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, which provides both inpatient and outpatient care, a 24/7 Children's ER, a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and a Children's Surgical Center. Within our physician network, there are general pediatricians and over 20 pediatric specialties.

Position Highlights:

• Office Hours/Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• On-call schedule averages 1:4, with assistance from nurse practitioners and operating room nurses.
