Job Summary:
Glenwood Springs, Colorado -- This position for a Sterile Processing Technician involves maintaining inventory, sterile instrument processing, and support for surgery and other hospital departments. The role requires working night shifts with rotation, ensuring compliance with sterilization protocols and inventory control to support patient safety and department efficiency.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 0000-0830, Monday through Friday, with call rotation, totaling 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent; three years of sterile processing experience; CSPDT (Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) or CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician) certification required.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information:
  1. RADIUS RULE: traveler's permanent address must be at least 75 miles away from the facility.
  2. CAPS Requirement (APPLY ASAP): may take up to two weeks to obtain.
  3. Please ensure the correct SS# and DOB is accurate in Medefis.
