Technical Project Manager

About the project: We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background to join our team working on a US-based healthcare SaaS project. You will collaborate closely with the client, Product Owner, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable technical tasks, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations. Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring delivery within scope, on time, and within budget. Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility. Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs in alignment with project goals. Oversee risk management by identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies. Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and overall team performance. Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives Does this relate to you? 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in dynamic environment. Previous experience in a technical role (e.g., Developer or AQA) is required. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Regularly utilizes standard AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to assist with daily project tasks - such as meeting notes, documentation, and task descriptions - ensuring all AI outputs are reviewed for accuracy and aligned with project requirements.
